We have a range of pre-set F&L Cabin Co designs – all tried and tested in various parts of the world, and in varying size to suit your different needs. But, we’re all about versatility and even set designs have a degree of flexibility.

Please feel free to tinker with the internal layouts or give us a call to chat through your ideas and we’ll do the tinkering for you. We’re experts at finding cost effective solutions that limit structural changes and their costs.

(All standard kits will be building regs-compliant, unless otherwise requested i.e. holiday/twin units/glamping structures under BS3632 or other).

A ranch style cabin with covered “porch”, 2 or 3 bedrooms and open plan living.
Ideal for both holiday or residential use.

Micros

Small, functional spaces with 1 bed, 1 bath and the option of an additional living area . Ideal overnighters for holiday projects, hotels, pubs, golf clubs, B&Bs or teenagers that are outgrowing the house. Mobile/twin unit compatible.

Aislaby

A significantly bigger 1 bed, 1 bath space with additional room in the bathroom to allow for a more luxurious fit out. Also includes space for utility/entrance porch and a spacious living area. Ideal for holiday projects, hotels, pubs, B&Bs and additional accommodation to house elderly family members in comfort.

Littlebeck

2 bed, 1 bath with entrance/utility and open plan living, generous master bedroom and second smaller bedroom with space for a double or twins. Ideal for holiday projects, private cabins, starter homes or even an office building. Mobile/twin unit compatible.

Runswick

2 bed, 2 baths with entrance/utility and open plan living. Generous master bedroom with en suite, good size second bedroom for double or twin and a family bathroom. Ideal for holiday projects, private cabins and starter or small family homes. Mobile/twin unit compatible.

Tanfield

3 bed, 2 bath. An extension of the Littlebeck and Runswick with an additional third bedroom. Ideal for holiday projects, private cabins, starter and family homes. Mobile/twin unit compatible.

Runswick Mezz

3 bed, 2 bath (en suite and family) an alternative take on the original Runswick cabin, a little wider and taller, making room for a bedroom and en suite on the mezzanine floor with open gallery ceiling over the living area.

Albany

4/5 bed 3 bath with utility and large open plan living, fully floored upstairs as standard, giving additional living space or fifth bedroom. There is also the option to have an open ceiling over the living area with mezzanine floor instead.

Mobile / Twin Units

To make these units compliant to the Definition of a Caravan, we have to follow a specific set of rules that enables them to be removed from site. Don’t worry; we’ll look after that for you. All our single storey units can be modified, designed, structurally engineered and site built in accordance with these regulations.
